At Market 17, everything we make begins right here on our small homestead. Where good food takes time, dirt-covered boots are normal, and flavor starts in the soil. Our family grows, preserves, bakes, and creates together. Our garden, our hands, and our home feed this business… and the chickens and ducks.

We are a family-run gluten free microbakery and small-batch producer of homegrown and handcrafted goods, rooted in the belief that food should be clean, seasonal, and honest.

We bring you GF breads and treats using fresh-milled grains for maximum nutrition and flavor. No artificial dyes, no fillers, no shortcuts. Simply real ingredients you can trust, made in a 100% dedicated GF kitchen because mommy and B have celiac disease.
